Tonight, before our regular time trial, we unveiled our fabulous new flag. It feels as if Hamwic Harriers are now firmly on the running map. We have to say a huge thank you to @ChrisReesUK and Rees Leisure for donating this amazing flag to our little club. It looks wonderful and we are truly overwhelmed.

Just a week after the Southampton Marathon, the eighteenth Lymington 10k made the perfect recovery run. The largely flat, multi terrain course beginning and ending amongst the magical fairy doors and flowers of Woodside Park was just the thing to give tired legs a stretch.
